Those are not the correct springs for a Maverick seat. And you don't need spacers for the tracks.
Just get a socket head cap screw. Weld the hex up. Drill a hole in it and you'll have what you need.

Depends on how much work u want to do. I've done a shit ton of rust repair on mine and I'm good with that. But some are not. I wouldn't recommend...
If you already have the seats you can buy replacement parts through a Mustang supplier. Just fix what you have. You're not going to find new ones.
