does any body make like a normal screw on antenna base plate? or an auto up and down one?

lame, just looked at mine...it doesnt. damn, was hoping to do throw on a new stylish shorty antenna so it'd fit under my car cover and look good....
the antenna doesn't unscrew from that base plate mount though does it?
