In B.C I have never had a problem...but everytime I go south of the border..tidal wave! I can only put fuel in by barely squeezin' and even then...

What is the voltage at the battery when it is running? If the voltage is 12.7ish or better at idle and to 14.7 with a little rpm you should be...
