You will also need spacers if you don't have the one's with 4 1/2 inches a backspacing.
That is a push rod for the master cylinder. It connects to your brake peddle & the rod goes into the brake master cylinder.

I need some sort of insulation for my clutch cable. I had to route the cable down by the headers, just was not long enough to go around.
I did get both the cable setup & hydraulic setup. Went with the cable setup first though. Come to think about it, my firewall is not reinforced...

Maybe a cable problem. Did you install a firewall adjuster? When routeing your cable, make sure you don't have any sharp bends.
