    Split headers ? It's gonna sound like crap. Unless you run quiet mufflers.

    I'm 55 yrs old and still remember the 67 Camaro one guy had back in high school that had a straight six with split headers. It wasn't a nice sound. I had a 79 Jeep that had a straight six, it sounded great just taking the muffler off and leaving the cat in place. Kinda like what you here of the old jeeps in the movies.
