I think it's just the angle of the camera. The rear holes are slightly lower than the front holes. I used the StreetorTrack UCA's and their template provided with the arms, welded up the previous holes (1.75" arning drop used with the ProMotorsports engineering kit), measured the mounting block for the UCA's and allowed enough clearance below them to mount flat against the shock tower. The upper holes are the stock UCA mounting holes.
These are the UCA's I used

This is the tower prior to the brace and plug welding the lowest holes(1.75" drop)

Well seems the body shop wants a chunk of change to push the UCA over, so I just ordered a Porta-Power to do it myself and came out cheaper, $114.00 for a 10 ton, taking it apart and getting it ready, going to be welding in some angle for extra bracing.

I think that the hard part will be getting both of the towers back in spec measured from a centerline point of the chassis. You don't want one side to be, let's say 1/2 an inch different from the other. You might want to weld in a piece of flat bar stock from the firewall to the radiator wall at a height where you could keep measuring from to each side seperatly.

Thanks Tody, it was really easy with the Porta-Power, best $114.00 I have ever spent! :D

Ok finally finished the painting job I was working on, now it's time to get back to this, I don't know what the PO thought he was gaining by doing this but here it is, the red areas you see are what he cut out, the black area is where I think I can add some metal, like maybe a piece of angle iron to help it stay put, any more suggestions on maybe where to add metal? and if I use angle or flatbar stock, what thickness should it be?
There is just enough taken out to let the UCA twist it, keep in mind I don't want to pull the engine again.
