nah,....it just made me think of Rick Dobbertin,...he built up a couple of wild pro-streeters in the 80's ,twin turbo's and supercharged....just for the shock factor I guess...
Was he the guy that built the 454 with dual roots blowers fed by 2 turbos and then had dual stage direct port NOS? I think it was in an old body style Cavalier with a 25 color paint job... Dave Edit: May have even been a Citation...
yes,...he had an early nova that was the 1st car with a twin turbo supercharged set up http://www.dobbertinhydrocar.com/Nova%20Engine.htm
Eddie, can you link me to, or show a better picture of the engine bay from post #19? I would like to see that in more detail...

Hey I had one of them dual superchargers like what was on that J2000. I picked it up at a garage sale for $100 bucks. One of its rotors broke a clip and crashed into the front housing but wasnt too bad. It was made by magna charger and used dellorto side drafts. I wish I still had it, it would be on the Mav. Funny thing is that it just bolted onto a regular 4bbl intake manifold, seems a bit restrictive.
