    I'd specifically like to speak with you regarding a brace... being as I assume, from your name, that you run a turbo or blower of some sort. I'd like to get into making the braces for custom applications. Please email me, or pm me when you get a sec.

    Did calvert actually "invent" that setup? My dad saw the ones I put on my car and said they used to make those themselves back in the 60s...or at least something pretty similar. Maybe Calvert just tweaked it and sold it under his name?

    Thats true- I have an ancient superstock mag somewhere that has a good pic of the underside of a chevy with slide a links on it. It was a good idea then, and its a good idea now. (y)

    I could make them that way... but that setup is waaay trick... and not triangulated (its quadrulated? lol). But sure- I could make you a set like that. Mine will need to be like that because of the blower I'm running,as well. :)

    Heading out to the shop right now- I'll be finished welding up the floors today, so I'll get time with the plasma cutter to start banging out the tower brace base plates, etc.

    Is this a MS system you're talking about? Or is this just a hypothetical question? If you ACTUALLY do this, I'd be interested in hearing about it, as I'm looking at going to fuel injection in the future.
