It will probably be next spring before I get an engine. Gonna start suspension and body mods this winter.

2JZGTE. Going to throw on some BPU's maybe toss the twin turbos for a larger single, and intercooler. Nothing to crazy Maybe 450+hp.

    I was actually thinking of a 13b P-Port w/ a blow thru turbo...
But I can't keep the maverick light enough. I had a RX-3 along time ago...

When my sister buys a new car shes gonna give me her 82 mercedes 240,and it has alot of lag, thats why shes buying a new one.If the new fordsix head is in my price rangei will be putting a 250 in there i think it will be an improvement over the 67HP,but first i would fix the .50:2cents: tailpipe i put on:rofl2:

I just now noticed this thread, there is no replacing the sound of a throaty AMERICAN V8. Different idea, I never would consider it.

A Supra engine would be cool, but it had better make over 1000 HP and run DEEP in the 8's to actually be "cool".

Interestingly enough, the difference between a 400 HP supra and a 1400 HP supra is that the 400 HP one runs 12's. Wait, so does the 1400 HP one.

Why not a Geo Metro 1.0 L 3 cylinder? They don't use much fuel, they're light, plentiful and put out about the same HP as the 144 or 170 did +/-. You'd have to figure out how to make a transmission work for RWD though. Shouldn't be too hard.
