    i would buy a carb rebuild kit they sell them at any parts store

    It has a lot to do with it. Also the idle screw and choke settings

    bad modulator valve/hose cracked...pull the hose off at the transmission and see if there is any fluid in it...:yup:

    :) My car had a simular problem about 2 yrs ago it was fast idle
