some prices are really good and some stuff is pricey compared tot eh local parts store but thats with all catalogs
the chin spoiler for $99 seems like a really good deal.
the consolette for $125 seems like a fair price

Who is willing to bite the bullet, and buy the chin spoiler to see if it actually fits how its supposed to fit.

I'd rather support the member here who is making the chin spoilers and pay an extra $50 bucks to know it fits right the first time than go through the trouble of returning it, and hassle of getting your money back.

Looks like those are pictures of it installed on Craig's car, I'm sure someone has helped them find the correct one. I know of one (maybe more) members of this board, have helped them get the catalog together.

There are actually quite a few people that use that chin spoiler and they fit great and look great. I actually have one that I was going to use until Randy worked with me on something different.

I want to let you know that there was a ton of hard work that went into them putting that catalog together to provide you with products that work on our cars and to find parts that are being produce for other cars that are actually the same as was on the maverick. Thr was countless hours put into this so we, the maverick community would have another option.

Why don't you give them a chance before we pass judgement. I placed a large order and it was shipped the same day. Very nice people that was willing to help.

Thank you Dave, it has been noted and corrected. A special thanks to Acornridgeman, Craig Selvey and rthomas771 for the use of photos in the catalog and their technical assistance.
A few other corrections were noted and corrected, the part # for the rear axle U-Bolt is wrong.. If ordering these, please do not refer to the part number listed, tell them your application and you will receive the correct U-Bolts.
Jack Decals - the years have been corrected, again please call with your application and you will receive the correct decal.
An updated pdf indicating these changes should be available on their website sometime today.

:thumbs2:I personally would like to thank anyone who had any part in putting that catalog together. Having another option is much better than cobbling something together that may or may not work and it was put together well.

I have to agree, they will be my first choice, when ordering what I still need for my project car.

I have bought all my new Maverick parts from them and have done so since 2004. I would get the parts numbers from other places and use it at Melvin' s or they would look it up for me. Of course, only being 25 minutes away from them helped.

I wanted to post up my experience with Melvin's. I was out of town on business last week so I was not home when the package arrive. I was very pleased with the same day shipping and the delivery time. When I opened the package, the parts were packed well and labeled well. The part numbers were clearly labeled on the packages so if had a large order you would know what was what when comparing it to your order.

I took inventory of the shipment and it was all there. There customer service was second to none and even with one item that they did not have in stock they shipped what they had and was up front about not having the part before charging me.

I placed and order a month ago with the other place and they still have not shipped the order due to having 1 piece on back order. When calling the other place they could not give me a window of when that one piece would come in. So know I would have to wait for an unknown time to get me ordered shipped.

Melvin's will be my first choice in the future. I like the fact I can talk to someone that has some stake in the game and wants to make sure you as a customer is happy.

As much as I've always been a supporter of the other place, since they've developed some parts for us, when no one else would, even after they messed up a order for me, I still suggested them, but as with anything, it's always good to have some competition.
I think the guys that helped get this going, deserve some recognition! Thanks,
