    WRONG WRONG WRONG

It was annouced for Virginia and it is the same dates.

And most important is the MCCI has had THE SAME DATES for as long as I can remember. It is always the same weekend every year.

Which is why I can't figure out why this new club would pick the same date.

    Eric,

The fact that it is a free country  What else needs to be said. It isn't so much why? or when? Rather that it will come to pass and both events should be successful if maverickers ,regardless of which event they attend, get off thier butts, type less on maverick.to, get thier car(s) done and get to either of them. Good times to be had either way IMO!!!

I agree with most everyone here. If this becomes a war between clubs (and it will if both the "round ups" are held at the same time), I will support neither club. I may enjoy BS'in on here for fun, but when it comes to semi-serious things such as this, I want it clean cut and no BS involved. I will not take sides.

I also agree with the Maverick Mafia name thing. We all know there are multiple definitions, however it is generally accepted that a Mafia is an organization involved in crime. People's first thought whenn they hear "Maverick Mafia" is certainly not going to be of a bunch of nice guys haveing fun with their cars. Lets not forget Maverick also has multiple definitions.

edit: man you guys are fast.
