New MII suspension, any hints/suggestions for possible installation glitches?

So, I guess I am ready to start cutting! Bought a set of sawzall blades today, and the spot weld cutters.

Probably won't get time to mess with it til later in the week, or maybe this weekend.

 

You might need a grinder and some cut off discs, grinding wheels and sanding pads. 80 grit pads work great. A wire wheel for the grinder is also nice.. You might want to smooth out any welds so not to leave sharp burs, slag and stuff..

I have hated those shock towers since I first got this car, and tried to put in new spark plugs to get it running. I will be grinning ear to ear as those suckers come out!

 

Spend the extra money, and buy good sawzall blades, Lenox are awesome, Dewalt, and store brands suck!!

 

I just bought a 5-pak of cheap ones yesterday, harbor freight. Not sure if they will cut it.

I will look for better blades today. Where do you get those Lenox blades?

 

I have tried all the blades. Milwakee are the best. On sheet metal use the highest count tooth. I think it's 24 or 18. I only use 14 now that I have figured out what works for what I do.
