The gas cap and grill and fender emblems give it that spicey Maverick Cobra look.
    Nicely done!

I didn't think about it earlier, but that car has been lowered right? Maybe it's just me, but I really like that stance. Looks mean. Congrats, Preston

It is not a car but a work of art. Congratualations!!!!
If it is not too much trouble, I am trying to figure out how to mount some gages and I see you have some on the shelf. Could yu post a picture of them if you have one. The car is awsome. Hope to see it in person some time.

Again, thanks guys. The car has been lowered about 1 1/2".
I didn't drive the car today, but I'll post a pic of the gauges. I mounted 2 old vintage Stewart Warner oil pressure & water temp mechanical gauges that I bought off of ebay into a black Auto Meter 2 gauge mounting plate. I also bought the angled Auto Meter surrounds so the gauges would tilt towards the driver being that I wanted to mount them to the right of the stereo in that shelf area.
And yes that is the original color of the car, only Dupont's version known as waterfall blue. If you notice, I did not paint the jams or the deck lid so as to save a little money on the paint job. But those areas were in great shape already.

Man, your car looks GREAT GS!! Talk about a sleeper! How do you like the Tri Bars? Where did you get them, Mustangs Plus? Man my car would look like a POS if I was parked next to you. Well it is in primer, so I am going to blame it on that!!:D Anyway, looks great, and you should be very proud.
