Next time you see him he will be driving a maverick with every sheet metal piece new sitting on a truck frame with a 460 big block with headers so watch out.

 

The worst time I ever had like that is a Chevy guy called my Mav a Mustang II. I explained that the Mustang II was built from 1974-1978 and that this was a 1971 MAVERICK. He continued with his BS even though I complimented him on his truck. At the time, my 302 had a vacuum leak and it surged. My friend who was introducing me to said silly person said after I started her: "Yeah, he got it running all by himself!" He said "That's not running. Not well at least. I'll bet it stalls too." So while he was at the front of my house I shut the car off for a while and unbolted the muffler (we had to weld it on anyway, it kept falling off). I told him to come back, closed the car door and started her. He went home deaf.
