Depending on how you value your time, you may not save a whole lot by making your own "Cal-Tracs."

I don't mean to be a wet blanket, but if you make a set of "Cal-Tracs", you could be infringing on some copyright and patent laws. I would not make a set (or sets) to sell. I would only make a set to use. I know I'm being a little "holy" on this to a few, but I thought it needed to be pointed out.

most of the welding is on the ...shock mount plate...:yup:
the only other welding is ...spot welding...the nuts on each end of the rods.
they would have to send the plate to you or you could cut everything and send it to them and let them have it welded (this way you are not selling a finished product) (y) JMO:tiphat:

well, anyhoo, i dont have leafs on my car to base any measurement on, so if anyone(and i know someone does) has a pair of (no name inserted here) traction control devices theyd be willing to share the specs on, id be more than happy to help those who desire said devices obtain them. of course, for the sake of infringement, they will in no way ,shape,or form completely mimic or copy any known or patented traction device marketed as of this posting.( im in the ad business, were safe here) bottom line, ya want em ?..gimme some specs and ill make em. no biggie.

Yea that's what I'm talking about, but send him a PM with the exact LxWxH of "your" set so we can get them also. Will my first born be enough Rumpelstillskin?
