    Also, there is "nozzle dip" available and when welding galvanized at work, with the zinc coating making it prticularly bad, it helps with the spatter while using flux core.

    Yup I agree with bmcdaniel. I used c25 for years until outside 1 day. after that i switched to flux core and practiced on scrap metal from work.i have a Lincoln 175. Can weld great now with flux core and don,t have to worry about deposits on gas bottles, or the high cost of gas up here.(y)
