I would like to put AC into my '71 V8 Maverick Grabber. I am unsure what to do. Get a donor car and swap, or look for an aftermarket system. There is a complete vintage aftermarket system for a Maverick/Comet on e-bay for auction. Can anyone out there help me with some knowledge? Do I have to take the windsheild out to remove the dash? I do not plan to do anything soon but I would like to gather the parts and some know-how before I dive in. I tried to look in the archives but they seem unavailable. Any info on this would be greatly appreciated.
