The pulley is seperate from the balancer. The balancer is held fast to the center of the crank with a large bolt. The pulley is bolted to the balancer. Look closly at the balancer, I has it's outer ring mounted with a thin rubber seperation. It may be coming loose and need replacing. I'm out of ideas until you see what's going on. |
