If your just changing hubs and using your old gears,It is not that hard to do. You wont be altering pinion depth so the only adjustment you might have top make is backlash. Changing gear sets is no big deal and really dont require the expensive tools that everyone claims. Richmond Gear puts out a vido on this subject and it is well worth the money. I think Summet carries it for less than $30.
