Ok, these stock 302 engines have around 180hp i am geussing from doing some looking up, and here is what I have been pondering.I purchased a 600cfm edelbrock carb, and a performer intake for the 302, and im hoping it will give me around 20hp increase (boost too 200hp).
I did a little bit more studying, and I think if I stick some newer lower end performance PISTONS in it, i can get around 40hp boost.
What else will give me some boost, preferably bolt on things (pistons not bolt on ;( )
I don't have facilities nor knowledge to do extensive work yet, but i want around 240-250hp in this thing without coughing a arm and leg.
